Imagine a three-story wooden boat from the beginning of the last century with an atmosphere out of a British Empire. It looks like a cruise on the Nile, but with the Amazon forest as far as the eye can see instead of the pyramids.
You are on the Flotel «Reina De Enín», beautiful and uniquely modeled catamaran, offering a dozen of comfortable air-conditioned cabins with private bath.
This cruise boat continuously navigates the waters of imposing Rio Mamoré and its affluent, Rio Ibarré.
Everyday, two excursions are offered, in motor barge, or on foot or on horseback, to discover the Amazonian environment, its native populations, its sumptuous scenery, its abundant fauna and its exuberant flora.
A child’s fantasy, ideal for a honeymoon or a family discovery of the Amazon. And the sunsets over Mamoré… probably the most beautiful of the Amazon!

Departure from the hotel for a private transfer to the airport 2 hours before flight time. Flight La Paz-Trinidad (1 ½ hours / time varies depending on the day of the week). Arrival in Trinidad before noon, pick up and immediate transfer (in private vehicle and then by private motor barge) to the Mamore River (or Rio Ibarré River from January to June).

FLOTEL: CRUISE & EXCURSIONS
The activities on the program may vary depending on the location of the boat the day you embark.
The cruise days are interrupted by excursions by boat, on foot or on horseback to the surrounding areas.
Included in the daily program, amongst other things:
Discovery of animal life
- Dozens of bird species: toucans, parrots, tapacares, king fishers, marabous, herons and other wader birds…
- Bufeos (pink dolphins) amongst which we can swim, sweet water turtles, pacus, piranhas...
- Caimans and anacondas
- Monkeys (howling, whistling, chichilos…)
- Capihuaras (the biggest rodent in the world), tapirs and tamanoirs…
Discovery of the flora
Victoria Regia (giant water lily), palm trees of all sorts, tropical wood, cacao, medicinal plants still being used by the local inhabitant …
Meetings with the community of indigenous people, visit of the estancias in the nearby areas, excursion to archaeological sites from the Moxo civilization…
All the meals on board are included (cold drinks during the excursions).

Departure from the Flotel in a private motor barge (times are in function of schedule). Then transfer in a private vehicle to the Trinidad airport.
Return flight Trinidad – La Paz or Santa Cruz (1h30 / schedule vary depending on the day of the flight). Pick up at the airport and transfer to your hotel. End of day open
